The Wellness & Wine Fair is back at Carboy Winery in Palisade — Sunday, April 27th from 12–6pm! 🧘🏽‍♀️🏜️🍷✨

A full day of celebrating wellness in the Grand Valley. With class demos all day, holistic practitioners, and local vendors from around the Grand Valley.

Demo Class lineup: Spin, Pilates, Barre, Mala Keychain Making, Meditation, Yoga & Meditation, Yoga, and a Habits Talk.

DarcMoon will be there from 12–6 with a jewelry booth, and I’ll be leading a Mala Keychain Workshop from 2:15–3pm ($10) — a fun, hands-on class where you’ll create your own Mala Keychain.

I'm teaming up with Natalia of Your Journey Yoga and Liat of Wake the Voice for a special Mala, Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing Workshop at Blaine's Farm on May 3rd

This 3-hour workshop outside will be filled with magic, introspection, creation and community. We'll begin with a guided Mala Bracelet workshop, flow our way into some yoga and meditation with live music, then travel through a sound healing journey.
