Back on Saturday, May 18, 2024, I hosted an incredible Mala Workshop with Nikki and Isaiah from Desert Bloom Hydroponics here in Grand Junction, Colorado!

We set intentions for the spring and summer among community and tied those intentions into beautiful Mala Bead Bracelets so each person could have a little reminder of what they intend for themselves over the coming seasons. 

Each participant came alone which was so inspiring to see everyone push themselves out of their comfort zones. I can't wait to see how their intentions will support them this season. I also had them write personal letters to themselves at the end of the workshop, which I then mail to them in a few months so they can check in with themselves about their intentions.
